We had the pleasure of first meeting Ashtyn when we were looking to put an offer on the townhouse next to us for a family member. The townhouse went way over asking, so we did not purchase it. With Ashtyn's dedication, professionalism, friendliness, and going out of her way to make the process easy, we asked her to help us sell our townhouse to purchase a house with an in-law suite. Ashtyn was always available to answer any questions, explain anything we didn't understand or needed to go over again, and was there holding our hands through the stress. We are very happy with the outcome of the selling of our first home and the purchase of our second one during a time when prices were over-the-top and lots of bidding wars.
